Set Design

For our music video we decides to have several different sets for each character. While in the process of our music video we have decided to scrap some charachters such as the man wearing a snorkel for the reason that it looks funny not weird. This meant that we had to come up with different set designs for different people.

These are the sets I have drawn so far...

This is the set for the transvestite when he/she is looking into the mirror. We may not see the whole of it when we shoot it so we may only need the mirror and the sink but it may help for the certain feel of the shot.

This set is the one for the cooking scene. It may be for this one a swell that we only have to use one specific corner of the room where the cooker is on and maybe not the humidifier above. But I think we would want to include some stripped wallpaper even in the background of shots to highlight the fact that the house is very run down.
I was thinking of having a clown scene in it which may prove to not be possible. But when thinking of this I thought of the film Hanna, and how in this movie there was a clown set including red neon lights and a spooky vibe to it. This is what I tried to incorporate into this set, maybe including mirrors to make it seem like a spook house.

This we are thinking is the main set where Sia A.K.A. Ivy is placed for the music video. This represents a rooftop and in the background is the green screen where we would place the London skyline to reinforce where she is.

This is the room with the boy sitting in the cold damp room on the sofa covered in weeds. The room looks old and as you can see the wall paper has been peeled off previously to show it is very derelict.
